This classic blue and white French design is called Toile de Jouy. The sugar bowl has a small chip on the rim of the pot as can be seen in the photos. This lovely pot, which stands 160mm high, was manufactured by the well known Keller & Guerin at Luneville and would make a great addition to your French Country design.
